About

Isabella Szklany is a New York-based, multifaceted communications professional in the technology, nonprofit, and education sectors. Passionate about building communications and media campaigns to inspire positive change in business and everyday life, Isabella leverages core storytelling principles, public relations, and behavioral psychology to create messages that resonate.

As a mentor for the non-profit girls empowerment program, Wonder Girls USA, Isabella is the author of its very first book, The Wonder Girls Guidebook to College. Her experience also includes creating a company-wide communications campaign for a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, executing a 400+ person event in New York City, and working with executive leadership.

Additionally, her research centers on media psychology and behavioral change, specifically how audiences change their everyday actions in response to different media. Isabella’s research began as an undergraduate at St. Thomas Aquinas College, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Communications Arts. This research continued into graduate school, where Isabella received her Master’s of Science in Media and Communications (Research) from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

In her free time, you can find Isabella traveling to another place on her bucket list, at a yoga class, or with her nose buried in a book.
